How to be a Successful Female Bodybuilder


I'm going to share with you how to be a successful female bodybuilder. This is a very tough sport that isn't for the mentally weak. You have to have an unshakable determination to be successful in this. You're going to have good days and bad days. A lot of people quit on those bad days, but you need to just keep moving forward no matter how bad you feel or how grim the outlook is. That is what I've had to go through in this process. I've learned a lot as I've gone forward, but the biggest lesson I've learned is being mentally tough. You can know all the information in being successful, but if you're mentally weak, you'll fail.

I think when you're at the gym, you really need to avoid the "groupthink" philosophy. Everyone seems to do the same exercises that the majority is doing. You'll notice that the majority of people aren't muscle built, which should raise a flag in your head. It's the ones that do extremely compound exercises that end up being big. Most people won't do these because they're simply too lazy. Deadlifts and squats will put on more muscle than any other exercise. It stimulates muscle growth on all parts of your body, so do them.

Your diet is also important because it is what gives your body the nutrition to build muscle. If your diet is poor, than your results are poor. Start eating smaller meals more often, so you can send a continuous flow of nutrients to your muscles.
